Econo-Dry Mixer
Our Econo-Dry Mixer system can makedown up to 500 pounds of dry polymer per day. The stainless-steel hopper/feeder will precisely meter the dry polymer into the disperser/eductor on top of the mix tank. A high-velocity water stream wets out the dry polymer to minimize fisheyes and kick-start the mixing process. The flocculant mixing system is high quality, straightforward, and low cost.
BRT500 Dry Polymer Mixer
The BRT500 Dry Polymer System can makedown up to 20 pounds per hour of cationic or anionic dry polymer at a concentration of 0.5% (0.005). This system will operate in either manual or fully automatic mode. The mix tank is a 500-gallon round container with a removable lid. It is mounted on a steel skid with a bridge-style agitator frame over the tank.

The BRT1000 Dry Polymer System can makedown up to 40 pounds per hour of cationic or anionic dry polymer at a concentration of 0.5% (0.005). This dry polymer makedown system will operate in either manual or fully automatic mode. The mix tank is a 1000-gal round container with a removable lid. It is mounted on a steel skid with a bridge-style agitator frame over the tank.

The Blue River Technologies 3 Cu Ft Polymer Feeder/Hopper assembly precisely meters out polymer from the hopper into a transfer chamber located directly under the feeder. The feeder uses a slotted rotor turned by an AC or DC drive gear motor. This arrangement provides a uniform and precise feed rate into the polymer conveyance stream.

Blue River Technologies Eductor/Disperser
The BRT 50 or 90 GPM Eductor/Disperser will efficiently wet out and disperse dry polymer or similar dry products such as xanthan gum, guar, or starches. The units have 304 stainless-steel bodies with a Teflon™ nozzle at the powder inlet end. The nozzle is attached to a stainless-steel bent tube (powder tube) that directs the powder down and into the Teflon nozzle.
